What the software actually does.
Six things, in the order they happen: events come in, a draft is written, warnings are raised, people approve it, it publishes, and it stays findable.
No credit card required.
Calendar syncing
Events come from where they already are.
Connect Subsplash, an ICS or RSS feed, or a SnapPages calendar and events sync on their own each week. Upload a PDF or paste event text when the information arrives some other way.
Connect Subsplash
Paste the calendar or embed URL. Events sync from there each week.
Calendar feed
An ICS feed, an RSS feed, or a SnapPages calendar.
Upload a PDF
Pull event information out of a document you already made.
Paste information
Drop in event text and let the system structure it.
Drafting
The week arrives already assembled.
On Monday the synced events are drafted into that week’s bulletin, grouped by day, with the standing information your church repeats every week already in place.
- Weekly bulletins, ministry updates, event announcements, general posts
- Service times, address and giving links kept in one place
- Every draft carries its own warnings rather than arriving silently confident
Review
Problems are pointed at, not hidden.
The reviewer gets a specific list rather than a page to proofread. Missing details, times that moved, events that appear twice, and events deliberately left out are each called out.
Approval
A workflow with actual states.
Posts move through real stages, and who can move them depends on their role in your church. Comments are threaded on the post so feedback stays with the thing it’s about.
- Draft
- In Review
- Changes Requested
- Approved
- Scheduled
- Published
- Archived
- Threaded review comments on the post itself
- Version history for anything that needs retracing
- Scheduled publishing, so approval and publication aren’t the same moment
Team
Five roles, and they mean something.
Roles are a real hierarchy, not labels. Team members can also be restricted to specific ministries, so a youth volunteer edits youth content and nothing else.
- ContributorAdds information for their ministry.
- AuthorWrites and submits posts for review.
- EditorReviews, requests changes, and approves.
- AdministratorManages the team, calendars, and settings.
- OwnerEverything, including billing.
Publishing
The bulletin becomes a page, then an archive.
Each week publishes to your bulletin site and joins a searchable archive. Your congregation can go back to it; so can search engines.
- This week’s bulletin, ministry pages, and upcoming events
- Full archive with search and per-ministry filtering
- RSS feed and sitemaps
- Your church’s logo, colours, and typefaces
- Connect a domain you already own (Pro)
