Terms, updated 15 September 2026
The deal, in plain language.
Written by the people who built the product, from what it actually does. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; when it has, that will be stated here with a date.
The service
A weekly bulletin, drafted from your calendar.
NextSunday imports your church’s events, drafts a bulletin each week with AI, lets your team review it, and publishes it to a public web page.
- The AI draft is a starting point. Your team is responsible for what is published; by default nothing publishes until a person on your team approves it, and a church can choose automatic Saturday publishing in its own settings.
- We check drafted events against your calendar before publishing and drop anything that has changed, but we cannot promise a draft is free of mistakes. Read it.
- The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. It is the whole product, not a cut-down version.
Payment
Monthly or yearly, through Stripe, cancel any time.
Plans and prices are on the Pricing page. Yearly plans are billed up front at the discounted rate shown there.
- Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- If a payment fails, staff keep admin access for a 7-day grace period while Stripe retries. If it still fails, admin access pauses until payment is fixed.
- Your public bulletin site keeps serving everything you already published throughout, so your congregation never loses Sunday’s information over a billing problem.
- Cancel from the Billing screen at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for; we do not refund partial periods.
Your content
It’s your church’s, before and after.
You own what you publish. We need only enough permission to host and deliver it.
- You keep all rights to your posts, photos, events and settings. You grant us permission to store, process and display them so the service works, and to send them to the AI provider for drafting.
- You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, including photos of people in your congregation.
- You can ask for a full export or deletion of your church’s data at any time by writing to hello@nextsunday.app; the Privacy page says how.
Accounts and conduct
One church per account; people, not scripts.
Staff accounts are for the people your church invites. Keep passwords private and tell us if one is lost.
- The church owner is responsible for who they invite and what those people do in the admin.
- Do not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, that you have no right to publish, or that targets private individuals.
- Do not probe, overload or scrape the service. If you find a security problem, tell us; we will fix it and thank you.
Our commitments and their limits
We will be honest about what we promise.
This is a new product from a small team, and the Trust page lists what we deliberately do not claim.
- We aim to keep the service available and to tell you when it is not; we do not yet publish an uptime guarantee.
- The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to a church is limited to what that church paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
- Either side can end the agreement: you by cancelling, we by giving 30 days’ notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously broken. Your data stays exportable during that time.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes.
We will email every church’s owner before a change that affects price or what you are agreeing to. How we handle data is on the Privacy page.
